Ingredients
For the Matcha:
- 2 teaspoons ceremonial-grade matcha powder
- 1/4 cup of milk (or milk alternative)
For the Milk:
- 1/2 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Pumpkin Butter
Miscellaneous:
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare pumpkin milk. Mix 1/2 cup of milk with the 2 tablespoons of Pumpkin Butter. Warm for 30 seconds after. Finish mixing, making sure the pumpkin butter is fully dissolved.
2. Prepare matcha milk. Whisk the two teaspoons of matcha with the 1/4 cup of milk, making sure to whisk in between pouring so it blends properly.
3. Assemble the Drink:
- Pour the white chocolate sauce into your cup.
- Fill the glass to the top with ice cubes.
- Slowly pour your pumpkin milk
- Gently pour the matcha milk.

Tip: This recipe requires no external sweetening because the Pumpkin Butter and white chocolate sauce are sweet already, however if you like your drinks less sweet you can add only half the amount of the pumpkin butter and white chocolate sauce.
