Ideal Temperature: 160°F (71°C)

Aiko's Ideal Koicha Ratio:
- Pre-Warm Chawan with hot water
- Sift 2g (4g optional) Aiko
- 15ml 160°F water to make a paste
- pour 30ml 160°F water* (45ml total) and mix with whisk in circular motion
*you can add 15ml water for 30ml in total for a thick koicha if you prefer

Aiko's Ideal Usucha Ratio:
- Pre-Warm Chawan with hot water
- Sift 2g (4g optional) Aiko
- 30ml 160°F water to make a paste
- pour 30ml 160°F water (60ml total) and whisk

Aiko's Ideal Latte Ratio:
- Pre-Warm Chawan with hot water
- Sift 4g Aiko
- 30ml 160°F water to make a paste
- pour 30ml 160°F water (60ml total) and whisk
- a nice pinch of salt (whisked into the matcha)
- 150ml neutral oat milk
- 30ml sweetener

    Cultivar: Aiko is crafted using the youngest leaves from the Okumidori cultivar.
